DRAFTCALL PRIVACY POLICY

Pizza Robot Studios LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the DraftCall mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use DraftCall.
Information We Collect
When you use DraftCall, we may collect the following information:
- Firebase Authentication ID — A unique anonymous identifier created when you first open the App. This is used to manage your account and enforce usage quotas.
- Email Address — Collected only if you subscribe to DraftCall Premium. Your email is used solely for account recovery and subscription management.
- Scoring Preference — Your selected fantasy scoring format (PPR, Half-PPR, or Standard), used to tailor player analysis to your league settings.
- Favorite Team — Your selected NFL team preference, used to personalize your experience.
- Roster Data — Players you add to your fantasy roster within the App. This data is used to provide personalized team analysis, injury alerts, and matchup previews.
- Usage Analytics — Anonymous usage data such as which features you use, how often you open the App, and general interaction patterns. This is collected via Firebase Analytics to help us improve the App.
- Crash Reports — Automatic crash and error reports collected via Firebase Crashlytics to help us identify and fix bugs.
- Advertising Data — For free-tier users, Google AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant advertisements, in accordance with Google's privacy policies.
Information We Do Not Collect
DraftCall is designed to collect only what is necessary. We do not collect:
- Real Names — A name is not required to use DraftCall.
- Phone Numbers
- Location Data — We do not request or access your device location.
- Contacts — We never access your address book or contact list.
- Photos or Media — We do not request access to your camera or photo library.
- Financial Information — All purchases are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see or store your credit card number, bank account, or other payment details.
- Social Media Accounts — We do not connect to or collect data from any social media platform.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide Player Analysis — Your scoring preference and roster data are used to generate personalized player comparisons and recommendations.
- Cache Results — Comparison verdicts are cached for up to 4 hours to improve performance and reduce redundant processing.
- Enforce Quotas — Your Firebase Authentication ID is used to track and enforce free-tier usage limits (5 daily queries for free users: 2 free, 3 ad-supported).
- Improve the App — Anonymous analytics and crash reports help us understand how DraftCall is used and where we need to fix issues or improve features.
- Display Advertisements — Free-tier users see ads served by Google AdMob. Advertising data is used to display relevant ads.
Data Sharing
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
- Firebase Analytics — Anonymous, aggregated usage data is processed by Google Firebase. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.
- Google AdMob — For free-tier users, AdMob may collect device and usage information to serve ads, subject to Google's privacy policies.
- AI Processing — When you request a player comparison, relevant roster and player data is sent to our AI processing service to generate recommendations. This data is used solely for generating your recommendation and is not stored or used for training by our AI provider.
Data Retention
- Account Data — Your account data (authentication ID, preferences, roster) is retained for as long as your account is active.
- Comparison Cache — Cached verdicts are automatically deleted after 4 hours, or sooner if a player's injury status changes.
- Account Deletion — You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through Settings > Delete Account within the App. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
Children's Privacy
DraftCall is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@draftcall.io.
Your Rights
- Access — All data we store about you (preferences, roster, query history) is visible directly within the App.
- Deletion — You can delete your account and all associated data at any time via Settings > Delete Account.
- Ad Personalization Opt-Out — You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy > Apple Advertising; Android: Settings > Google > Ads).

Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of DraftCall after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
